When do I get my event pass?

We do not send out any passes in the post.  Please pick up your pass on arrival from the registration desk located in the hotel lobby.

How do I get an invitation to the Platinum and Gold Sponsor events?

The parties are included in your event pass.  Please wear your wristband to obtain entry to outside networking events

Do I need to pay extra to attend the conference?

All conference sessions are included in your event pass

Is there food onsite?

 A 5 Star lunch with wine is included in your WT event pass on Monday and Tuesday.

I want to get an invoice for my event pass

If you pay for your pass online you will receive a full receipt with the details you enter for your pass.  Invoices are issue with an additional 30 Euro admin charge.

When can I set up my stand?

We will build your stand and install any pre-ordered graphics, furniture and spotlights. You will have access to your stand after 17:00 on 26th April.

What deadlines should I be aware of?

There will be an Expo Information Pack sent to you. The pack will list all the deadlines, formats and specs to ensure your preparations run smoothly. 

How do I order refreshments to my stand?

Can I bring food/beverages to offer from my stand?

The hotel doesn’t permit any brought in food and/or beverage, however they can source most things for you. Please contact Annika Micheli for more information.
